License Types

1. Free

Some Novocraft products, with possibly limited functionality, are available free for use on not-for-profit projects within not-for-profit organisations. These products will work without a license file and should not be used where a third party is  being charged a service fee by the user for the use of these programs.

For profit organsiations may only use free versions of Novocraft products for evaluation.

Any published works where free versions of Novocraft products have been used in data analysis should include an acknowledgement and a link to www.novocraft.com.

2. Trial/Evaluation License

Trial and Evaluation licenses are available for a 1 month period and allow the use of all functions and are available for all Novocraft products, they should not be used where a third party is  being charged a service fee by the user for the use of these programs.

For profit organsiations may only use trial licensed  versions of Novocraft products for evaluation purposes.

Any published works where Novocraft product with a trial license has been used in data analysis, should include an acknowledgement and a link to www.novocraft.com.

3. Not-for-Profit License

A Not-for-Profit license enables additional Novocraft products and functions as detailed above. This license is available to non commercial, not-for-profit organisations and allows use on multiple computers at a single site. It should not be used where a third party is  being charged a service fee by the licencee for the use of these programs.

4. Commercial License

Commercial licenses are available for Novocraft products and allow unlimited use of products on multiple computers at a single site.

No Warranty

The copyright holders and/or other parties provide the programs "as is" without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to quality and performance of the programs is with you.
