Algorithm Developers

We need great thinkers to help develop new algorithms and programs for DNA sequence analysis, assembly and variant calling. If you are an Honours graduate or Post Graduate in Physics, Maths, Statistics and looking for a challenge  we have some lined up ready for you.

Software Developers

Our development team needs programmers, analysts, architects with an interest in the Life Sciences and good experience in some or all of AJAX, Java Script, PHP, Linux, R, C++, SQL, Data Warehousing, GUI Design.

Interns

We can take 2 or 3 interns per year and are looking for interns from Bioinformatics Courses that have included C, C++, R or Python programming units.
