Welcome to Novocraft support forum!

To begin posting, you must register an account with a valid email. A default password will be generated and sent to your email.

For the first login, you must use the password sent to your email and your registered username.

Once logged in, you can change your profile, password, and email via:

1) Click on the Support tab, then click on Forum.
2) Click on your name on the right side of the page.

You will be directed to your profile page, and you can make changes to your password, name, email, and other details.

Once you have registered an account, you can start posting your questions on the forum and we will get back to your question promptly. To create a topic, you can start by typing in the Topic Title on the box above the message box. Then you can type your message, question, or inquiry in the message box. If you’d like to post a picture or attach a file, you must upload it to an external server, and then embed the link using the link functionality of the forum. When you are ready to post the topic, you can opt to choose whether to receive email notification on replies on your topic.
